Haiku Challenge for Dec. 9: ‘Mess’

Today’s haiku challenge:

My style is the five/seven/five syllable structure. Here are my five (yes, five!) haiku poems:

a mess of your own
doing is the worst to sit
with, as it piles up.

I made a mess of
us; scattered dandelions
polluting our hearts.

depression brain mess;
messaging massaged to make
mind amenable.

anxiety mess
ensnared in a wood of nerves
hoping for sunlight.

my hands are a mess,
covered in soot, holding the
embers of our love.
