Today’s haiku challenge:
My style is the five/seven/five syllable structure. Here are my 10 haiku poems:
I’m a one note man.
Static is all I hear now.
Until silence comes.
I’m a one note man.
a low-level, constant hum
of pain behind all.
I’m a one note man.
smash all the keys at once, no
subtle music here.
depression left a
note: leftover despair in
refrigerator.
depression left a
note: go back to sleep, nothing
to see or do now.
one note, one track mind
heading to a dark tunnel.
No light at the end.
anxiety’s note:
is indecipherable,
scribbles everywhere.
take this note down, please:
Nothing. Say nothing. What more
is there to say now?
scribble a note in
ink drawn from a draining heart.
Love letter to you.
notes of love given
to you in the throes of our
end. Discarded heaps.

“Note”
The winter’s chill seemed
as cold and biting
as a note
written by the hand
of a dead man.
