My style is the five/seven/five syllable structure. Here are my five haiku poems:
ultimate reprieve:
the leaf follows me inside
away from the snow.

squirrel scurries up the tree
away from the skunk.

reaching the shoreline as the
shark fin looms larger.
ultimate reprieve:
darkness lodged inside the walls
until the light naps.

pigeon dodges vehicle
swooping to the wires.
