Questioning War Haiku

I was bored during one of my lectures and decided to do some haiku writing about war. Here is the result:

The drum beat of war,
music of the savages.
Have we all gone deaf?

Tanks move into place,
the planes hover overhead.
Why are we fighting?

Rotating blue dot,
dripping with blood in darkness.
What is it good for?
