My latest in the Three Line Thursday poetry contest wherein you supply three lines (10 words per line, 30 words max) in response to the above photo prompt. My entry was fortunate enough to win first place this week with the judge, Benjamin Grossman, commenting:
“POETICAL AND IMAGE-DRIVEN. THE IDEA OF TIME AS A SICKNESS IS POWERFUL.”

time coughed, humorless, fixated minutia
radiating its poison down upon us,
rusted bones, rusted minds, fresh coffins.
Delicious poem. Grace mentioned “karma” when she saw the results. Ha. Indeed. Nice job.
