Creative Commons photo.

Today’s haiku challenge:

My style is the five/seven/five syllable structure. Here are my 5 haiku poems.

a bounce house but filled
with our children’s spirits
heavier than air.

a bounce house, but we
jump where their little feet did.
sagging foundation.

bounce house is my brain:
depression, anxiety —
children of despair.

bounce house is like love.
we delighted like children
until deflation.

a bounce house in the
cemetery. skeleton
children frolicking.
