If someone else is going through a similar experience and feels as if they can’t relate to anyone, I would encourage them to read this post because there are others. Hopefully, it can be a starting point to helping each other through the daily struggles. In any event, it’s well worth reading this.


Ok, A lot of people I speak to online seem to think this really helps when they are low so I’m going to give it a go. It hasn’t been the best of weeks but things seem to be getting marginally better today so I’m giving this a whirl.

I’ve spent a lot of time online talking to sufferers of BPD and Self Harmers over the past 18 months and there doesn’t seem to be many adult male sufferers out there so it would be nice if any other sufferers out there saw this and contacted me.
