Haiku Challenge for Feb. 21: ‘Slip’

Creative Commons photo.

Today’s haiku challenge:

My style is the five/seven/five syllable structure. Here are my five haiku poems:

slip on depression
uncomfortable sweater
itches at your neck.

slip on depression
like black ice all around you
but never thawing.

slip anxiety
burden across my shoulders
the weight too heavy.

slip anxiety
through the slits in my eyeholes
a world of chaos.

slip the love we had
back into my memories
masochist for you.
